Dare to Listen or in this case Lead

This drive in the classroom will be along Interstate 335, we will be reviewing “Dare To Lead” by Bren’e Brown.   She is a prolific writer and TED speaker if you want to check out some of her “classes”.  By the way this is one of the On Demand books available from @ThreeLeafGroup. https://www.facebook.com/ThreeLeafGroup/#

The reason I enrolled in this specific “Professor” Brown’s course is that we have a local group doing a leadership study. This allows me to complete the content of the book several times while in my “desk seat”.  If you choose to “enroll” you will enjoy Professor Brown and her style because of her great storytelling ability.  Doing this and reading the hard copy of the book allows you to gain insights into the Professor’s personality you might not be able to get just reading.  My feedback in our leadership discussion group has been enhanced too.   The more you take the course the more one seems to absorb. 

This class will also challenge you in some of your current leadership tendencies.  I have picked up a number of strategies to use not only in leadership but her stories have some nuggets of gold in them.
